Aghanim's Scepter Upgrade: Decreases cooldown from Invoke. Adds one level to the stats provided by Quas, Wex, and Exort on all Invoked spells.
The arrangement of instances does not matter.
Invoke will not cost mana or go on cooldown if the only effect is to swap the positions of existing spells.
